U.S. Senator Martha McSally Visits C-Path
U.S. Senator Martha McSally (Arizona) visited Tucson-based Critical Path Institute (C-Path) Friday, October 25, to learn more about its mission to accelerate drug development. C-Path, founded in 2005, aims to catalyze the development of new approaches that advance medical innovation and regulatory science through collaboration and public and private partnerships. “C-Path is a unique leader helping to get new cures and treatments for deadly and debilitating diseases to patients faster,” McSally said. “We are fortunate to have them here in Tucson where they are growing in the number of jobs. It was great to visit on Friday and hear about their many initiatives in maximizing research and trials through smart collaboration with academia, government and industry to save lives.”
